Operational and HR management and support for The Columbo Group, one of the leading hospitality groups in London operating 9 sites across the city.
Acted as PA for two owner directors including BAU responsibilities.
Managing new venue openings ensuring delivery of operational tasks including licences, utilities, IT and POS systems. Assisting management team in completing recruitment staff inductions and training, risk assessments. Working closely with the accounts team, liaising between venue management ensuring accurate submission of monthly and annual figures ensuring expenditure and cash flow were regulated.
