Ensure that this is communicated across all marketing channels to build profile and awareness. • Implement tactics to continually grow the customer email database, actioning appropriate segmentation of the database and copywriting engaging and personalized email campaigns to achieve sales and marketing objectives. • Working with the in-house team to produce a strong organic social media presence including engaging social copy, creation and curation of appropriate images/video as well as active community management including responding to reviews, comments and questions across all platforms. • Developing and maintaining the OliOli website in collaboration with the development team, ensuring all new campaigns and activations are reflected accurately and optimized for desktop and mobile. • Develop partnerships with relevant brands and communities to build valuable relationships and further grow awareness. • Working with the management team to develop and implement forward thinking customer acquisition and retention programs. Thinking of ways to use marketing channels to increase customer visitation frequency, spend and ensuring a good balance of repeat vs new customers.
