Along with is key responsibility I was also responsible for day to day registration and liaising with individual parents to resolve issues or any other requirements. Through the day I would be in constant contact with management to ensure child welfare and also be kept in loop of any important throughout the day. I also would have several members of staff to instruct and aid me in running activities and ensuring children were having and enjoyable time. Though just a summer job, this position taught me a lot about handling conflict, problem solving and adaptability. * I was recently selected, and successfully interviewed for a role in management
