About me
Empathetic leader of change. My approach to service design, is to conduct user and employee research from all stakeholders perspectives, analyse the results to discover the emerging themes and patterns in the research gathered, work collaboratively with all stakeholders involved to design with and not for them and prior to implementing solutions, ensure that the process is simple and will deliver service improvements.

    University Project: Dynamic Data 2020A short project that got us to consider both qualitative and quantitative data and how to display collected information and feed it back to the public. For this project I teamed up with a fellow student to examine the effects weather on people walking down Glasgow's Sauchiehall street. This lead us to a fun and 3D modelling project of creating digital interfaces on the pavement that resembled reflections in puddles.
