About me
Empathetic leader of change. My approach to service design, is to conduct user and employee
research from all stakeholders perspectives, analyse the results to discover the emerging themes
and patterns in the research gathered, work collaboratively with all stakeholders involved to
design with and not for them and prior to implementing solutions, ensure that the process is
simple and will deliver service improvements.

- Zombie Apocalypse- Icebreaker ChallengeMeeting new people can sometimes be hard, awkward silences to be filled with basic conversation such as "Whats your favourite animal?" or "What's do you like to do in your free time?". - University Project: Brand X 2020Brief: In groups of three imagine, design and launch a new brand . Set ten years in the future, located in a specific room in the home and in response to emerging and predicted social technological, economic, environmental and political trends. - University Project: Dynamic Data 2020A short project that got us to consider both qualitative and quantitative data and how to display collected information and feed it back to the public. For this project I teamed up with a fellow student to examine the effects weather on people walking down Glasgow's Sauchiehall street. This lead us to a fun and 3D modelling project of creating digital interfaces on the pavement that resembled reflections in puddles.
