Creating content for a visual radio station covering everything that is relevant to a teenager's lifestyle. The role of a content assistant included video editing, writing articles, social media, generating content ideas, and research. This was a virtual role that required the following skills; Social media – marketing, designing and creating posts, and doing research for Search Engine Optimisation. Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
Writing/Journalism – researching news on artists and writing short music articles. Also creating list articles for the music and life sections. Video Editing – ability to creatively edit vlogs and Skype video interviews recorded by the contributors. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro preferred. Admin – Assist with any other admin and research needed for the project. Effective communication skills. Ability to plan, organise and prioritise work, managing multiple tasks, and working with deadlines. Analytical and research skills. Using own initiative and attention to detail.
