About me
I currently work as a Commercial Location Account Manager at The Collective, the UK's largest filming location agency. My main role involves facilitating the hire of various buildings across London, predominantly for the purpose of filming feature films, TV dramas and commercials. My portfolio includes the Ministry of Justice, Camm + Hooper, Inland etc.
As an agent, my role also involves maintaining & developing relationships with our large customer base - comprised mainly of location managers and production companies - who look to us for support finding locations, facilitating recces and negotiating their terms of hire.

• Responsible for a portfolio of commercial buildings owned by different sectors, such as the Ministry of Justice, Inland Homes, Notting Hill housing etc.
• Acquiring new buildings from existing accounts through relationships
• Proven track record of hitting targets • Relationship management through regular phone and email contact, meetings, site visits and events.
• On several occasions, I have been asked to adopt problematic accounts within the company because of my personality and success in turning around client relationships
• Regularly convert creative location briefs into sales
• Track and measure account performance data and implement strategies to improve performance / sales
• Extensive experience working to budgets and deadlines, cost negotiation and meeting financial targets
• Regularly draw up contracts for clients including ITV, BBC and Land Securities. Comfortable with legal terminology and have a solid understanding of the requirements and restrictions related to filming in the UK
• In charge of all marketing and mail outs for each exclusively managed site
• Experience working on the set of various productions as a chaperone / runner

• Provide support to a team of Property managers, by managing diaries, taking minutes, arranging travel, organizing expenses
• Provide an excellent personal landlord service to residents in a patch of flats. This includes regular communication and meetings with tenants, and being responsible for ensuring that any issues they have raised are resolved appropriately
• Welcome new residents to the service, including a personal meeting, ensuring any reasonable issues are resolved and their level of customer satisfaction is increased and maintained.
• Ensure that any complaints, covenant breaches and anti-social behavior issues are dealt with appropriately and quickly.
• Use resident feedback to identify common issues and develop plans to meet their individual and neighborhood needs, thus improving their satisfaction levels
• Encourage and support residents to maximize their involvement in their home environment and local community
• Adapt to resident needs across all tenure types
• Ensure the property is maintained in a good condition either by working with the appointed Managing Agent.
• Manage the work of the contractors that you engage and seek feedback on their work upon completion, feeding back to the contract management team.
• Deal with complaints and manage complex defects cases to ensure satisfactory resident outcomes.
