About me
I'm innovative, hardworking and ambitious, with a strong desire to forge a career in fashion and lifestyle journalism. I graduated in May 2013 with a high 2:1 BA Joint Honours in Marketing Management and Branding & Events Management and have since continued to build upon my knowledge and experience in editorial and marketing. I am currently freelance Editorial Assistant at DARE magazine, with previous roles at a number of top glossy publications and brands such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Marie Claire, InStyle and Michael Kors. Prior to this, I have worked in fashion retail management, alongside blogging, gaining crucial ‘on the ground’ fashion business experience. I have volunteered at events such as Graduate Fashion Week and London Fashion Week, as well as contributing to The Huffington Post as a blogger and to Fashion156 as a Social Media Ambassador and writer.
