Customer Experience Assistant Manager
• Collaborating with both the buying team and the logistics team to ensure client orders are efficiently delivered. As an e-commerce business, sole contact of our high-profile clientele is through email format and telephone communication.
• Point of contact for trade clients. Trade report analysis on a monthly basis, tracking revenue and client account activity, as well as documenting new and potential clients.
• Issuing pro-forma invoices and following up to secure high revenue sales.
• Regular contact with suppliers, chasing purchase orders and ensuring smooth delivery of orders to warehouse and subsequently to clientele.
• General administration tasks and office management such as scheduling deliveries, courier collections, and ordering of supplies.
