    Sales Liaison
    • Liaising with the Legal, Finance, Marketing and Distribution teams to ensure client support, contracts, payments, and supply of key materials to clients. • Coordinating and managing client requests. • Project Management: The creation and coordination of large scale documents and presentations in Word, Excel and PowerPoint for internal/external guests, and stakeholders . This has involved the inclusion of multi-media materials and financial data in clear and understandable formats that are in line with company branding. • Updating sales planning tool (Salesforce) with agreed and projected amounts to develop company strategy. • Understanding the content that each company provides and identifying which products would be suitable for each client • Understanding the services offered by our clients, including the platforms that they sit on, and the rights they are able to licence. • Preparing product availability reports and formatting the report so that clients are able to manage the information. • Inputting intricate and extensive details of completed deals within the company database (SAFE) which is the basis for the legal contracts, materials and invoices sent to clients. • Building and maintaining positive relationships with the staff and support-staff of such client corporations as Sky, BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Channel 5, AETN, Amazon, UKTV; as well as individuals within the internal team structure. • Formatting and sending through targeted information to clients, as well as research one sheets and digital sell sheets. • Working with the Content team to help produce targeted newsletters. • Assisting the marketing team with screenings, premieres and high profile client events. • Additional duties including: Time Management - Managing and maintaining diaries, internal and external meeting/lunch arrangements. Travel - Arranging and booking international and domestic travel via the Concur System, BCD or independent research including: Flights, Hotels, Travel Documentation, Car Hire, Car Transfers. Internal Support - Arranging for the appropriate support from the Information Technology and Audio Visual departments, whether for individual or recurring meetings. Events - Coordination of agendas, itineraries and schedules for various domestic and international events such as LA Screenings, MIPTV, MIPCOM, Internal Offsite Events etc. Expenses.

    • Account Management of the existing subscriber clients such as Camelot, Mercedes Benz UK and Cancer Research UK. • Working to help maximise retention of revenue as well as developing new business opportunities. • MRS certified for building client relationships. • Training and presenting to clients on TGI data use and software. • Managing the client care plan programme and the release of data to clients. • Assisting clients on their marketing campaigns. • Ensuring that contractual obligations to clients are met. • Generating new revenue by adding value and service to clients. Specifically, I have sold three global surveys to a major client, securing them into a two-year contract and in turn making them our largest contracting client. • Assisting clients in analysing and interpreting the data and information found to create a story. • Project managing to deliver ad hoc briefs for clients, including a product launch for Mercedes Benz. • Trend analysis on client’s products and brands in order to evaluate their success over time. • Assisting clients with their internal and external presentations. • Advanced use of all Microsoft office programmes specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
