Work history
Sales Liaison
• Liaising with the Legal, Finance, Marketing and Distribution teams to ensure client support, contracts, payments, and supply of key materials to clients.
• Coordinating and managing client requests.
• Project Management: The creation and coordination of large scale documents and presentations in Word, Excel and PowerPoint for internal/external guests, and stakeholders . This has involved the inclusion of multi-media materials and financial data in clear and understandable formats that are in line with company branding.
• Updating sales planning tool (Salesforce) with agreed and projected amounts to develop company strategy.
• Understanding the content that each company provides and identifying which products would be suitable for each client
• Understanding the services offered by our clients, including the platforms that they sit on, and the rights they are able to licence.
• Preparing product availability reports and formatting the report so that clients are able to manage the information.
• Inputting intricate and extensive details of completed deals within the company database (SAFE) which is the basis for the legal contracts, materials and invoices sent to clients.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with the staff and support-staff of such client corporations as Sky, BBC, Channel 4, ITV, Channel 5, AETN, Amazon, UKTV; as well as individuals within the internal team structure.
• Formatting and sending through targeted information to clients, as well as research one sheets and digital sell sheets.
• Working with the Content team to help produce targeted newsletters.
• Assisting the marketing team with screenings, premieres and high profile client events.
• Additional duties including:
Time Management - Managing and maintaining diaries, internal and external meeting/lunch arrangements.
Travel - Arranging and booking international and domestic travel via the Concur System, BCD or independent research including: Flights, Hotels, Travel Documentation, Car Hire, Car Transfers.
Internal Support - Arranging for the appropriate support from the Information Technology and Audio Visual departments, whether for individual or recurring meetings.
Events - Coordination of agendas, itineraries and schedules for various domestic and international events such as LA Screenings, MIPTV, MIPCOM, Internal Offsite Events etc.
