I jumped straight into Astwood right out of college, starting as a work experience temp. They then took me on as a junior designer. Over the next two years I built up my skill set and was promoted to midweight designer. As we were such a small company I was involved in jobs from start to finish, leasing with clients, creating concepts, artworking my own designs, preparing artwork for print, proof reading checks. This has given me a solid base to build my creative talents off.
