It was my sole responsibility to produce the weekly newspaper in its entirety, which is distributed online and in print across the UK, to a current readership of 15,000. While designing and liaising with clients, I would also produce adverts, artwork photos, update the website/social media and finally export and upload the newspaper, ready to be printed the following day.
Part of the in-house design team, I worked on multimedia national marketing campaigns for the events and exhibitions. This included a mix of trade and national press, digital, print, social media, TV, Underground advertisements and direct mail. Outlets include The Telegraph, The Metro, The Guardian, The Independent, Evening Standard, Sky News, Sky Sports, Channel 4, ITV and the London Underground. I also worked on a wide portfolio of magazines that accompany the events and exhibitions such as Business Franchise, The Franchise Magazine, GradJobs, Franchisor News, What Next?, Franchise Your Business and the Learning Magazine. As well the editorial design I also personally liaised with clients to supply adverts, hi-res images and editorial content. Clients included McDonald’s, Papa John’s, The Fitness Space, easyGroup and Subway.
