About me
I’ve been a very creative person since early childhood, where my creative skills were encouraged by my parents. Over the years, I was able to experiment with a broad range of arts and crafts, before eventually shifting my focus towards Fine Art in college and university.

A DIVERSE range of work experience gained from several jobs. (The best by far was as a Christmas Temp for Virgin Megastore in Piccadilly Circus, December 2006).

The pandemic and lockdown caused me to review my work history to date and it’s where I learnt more about the Creative Tech industry.
Whilst studying, I worked full time as a Receptionist, Administrator and Social Media Manager at Springhallow Special School. I was constantly exhausted.
(2021-2022)
UI Design programme offered by Careerfoundry.
(Late 2022)
Graduated from Careerfoundry and started my first design job as a UX/UI Designer with Citizen Ticket (contract).
(2023)
It’s been a year of throwing mud at the wall and seeing what sticks, in short. I’ve been upskilling in Graphic Design, and some frontend web development - more recently focused on learning to build responsive websites in Webflow.

HIGHLIGHTS:
- Conducting user research, and designing screens and prototypes from lo to hi-fidelity.
- Completed UI mockups in Adobe Xd for a vintage clothing e-commerce app for a target audience of 25-34 year olds.
- Conducted the UX research and UI for a recipes responsive web app that solved a problem that users commonly face, using Adobe Xd and Prot.
- Designed an image-based social media app for iOS and Android, using Adobe Xd, Whimsical and Figma. Refined the final iteration of the prototype after user testing feedback.
