Delivering creative solutions. I am a highly skilled content architect, editor and digital strategist with a keen eye for editorial design, subbing and production in a data-driven and multi-platform environment. I turn around engaging copy, video and images to tight deadlines and high expectations. I am charged with leading complex projects to completion as I have the necessary tact and diplomacy to negotiate with colleagues from different areas of expertise and positions to deliver on time, on budget and to standards expected of the business and audience.
I have been part of the social media/network landscape since 1999 and always seek new opportunities to reach new audiences with these tools while maintaining brand integrity.

    A member of the BAFTA winning creative team behind international formats such as X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent, Greatest Dancer and Keep it in the Family. During my time at Syco, our digital offering was overhauled and streamlined which resulted in fresher audiences who engaged more with our apps, websites and social channels. All this was done without disenfranchising our loyal heartland fan base. I also assisted on the photo shoots for each season of Britain’s Got Talent and X Factor ensuring they run to time and expectation while delivering first class imagery for promotional use across various media outlets.

    After developing a comprehensive, accessible, dynamic and controlled forward planner that details the global organisation's activities for all employees to see, I devised the editorial processes to reflect this activity across our digital channels. This editorial process has the members and audience at its heart – I evolved the strategy from traditional broadcaster of information to a more member-engaged and data-driven model. The aim was to make the website, social channels and the digital capability the fulcrum of the RICS’ global operating model. Redeveloping rics.org from a member-driven proposition to a site worthy of an international professional body using hard data to drive engagement and push the corporate objectives was a great challenge that I was pleased to have taken on and to have delivered.
