Independent & hard working team leader based in Twickenham I have specialised in sporting based events for both businesses, brands, International Rugby Teams & charities. Also looking after regular clients for smaller social events & fundraisers. Experience leading a team of up to 58 members of staff as well as being independently motivated I am ready to explore a new path in the Event & Marketing field to expand my skill range & learn new qualities.

I Have worked for The Shack for over 4 years working my way up from floor staff to head of Events & have been events coordinator for 3 years now. My duties include organising every private & public events down to the last detail from stock & staffing to health & safety. I work closely with our clients In the corporate hospitality & have developed good communication skills that has helped expand relationships with businesses.
I have developed strong relationships with brands such as Red Bull, Coke-cola, Jagamister by doing events in partnership with them which allows our regular clients & new faces to enjoy our venue. This role has also allowed me to do many fundraisers for Charities such as meet & greets, silent auctions & corporate parties.

I was approached by one of the directors for PCR after being recognised managing a home Match Day at The Shack. This opportunity gave me a change to experience to work in an office environment and work alongside a team rather then independently and leading a team.
I broadened my communication & computer skills as my duties included communicating with candidates and finding jobs that were convenient for them as well as filling jobs from Clients with deadlines as short as an hour.
I enjoyed working under the pressure of a demanding job however didn't feel a career in recruitment was for me and decided to expand my career in events as I was also still helping The Shack with there high profile events throughout my time at PCR.
