About me
In any game of cards, Ace trumps all. In the game of life Ayo ‘Ayce’ Oyerinde easily follows suit, uniting his talents for keyboards, B3 Hammond organ, production and as a DJ in a mould not dissimilar to that of legends like George Duke, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis and modern greats like Dennis Ferrer and David Guetta, all of whose influences can be heard at the helm of his masterful strokes. Ayce has over 18 years in the music industry working with artists such as Duffy, Tinie Tempah, Jessie J, Calum Scott and Melanie C to name but a few. Also serving as the Music Director of The London Community Gospel Choir for 10 years and the Creative director for 2, Ayce brings a wealth of experience to the table in all areas of music especially the writing and arranging of gospel music. Ayce has also been called upon to bring his wealth of experience to the table as an MD to put together shows for the BBC like Terry Wogan’s Christmas Gala show, which featured many of the country’s leading pop acts. He was also the MD for the first ever ‘BBC Gospel Prom’ in 2013 and as a result was called upon to produce and curate another prom in 2016 at the world-renowned Royal Albert Hall, which received rave reviews. Another highlight for Ayce was being called to co-produce and musically supervise the BBC’s ‘A Gospel Christmas’, which saw him work closely with modern Jazz favorite Gregory Porter and the UK’s Beverley Knight who hosted the show. In 2013, Ayce was also the production manager & MD for the 30 Choir Festival, which brought 30 choirs from around the world to the Royal Festival Hall, where they celebrated the 30th anniversary of the London Community Gospel Choir breaking the world record for the Largest Gospel Choir in the process Ayce spent 2018 serving as Musical Director for ‘Dancing On My Own’ ballad favorite Calum Scott and spent 2018 touring heavily around the world in this capacity. Most recently Ayce was involved in another amazing slice of history taking to the stage with the Spice Girls for their sold out Spice World Stadium tour.
