About me

I am an MBA candidate at the Said Business School, University of Oxford. I’ve been in the hospitality and F&B business over 5 years and have developed an in-depth knowledge about the sector. I am the Business Head of Fountain Hospitality Pvt Ltd, which runs several restaurants, bars and cloud kitchens and also specialises in catering services in Mumbai. I am in charge of Growth & Expansion initiatives, Marketing & Business Development and I oversee Operations and Information Technology. I have set up a quintessential gastropub named “Hammer & Song-Taproom & Cocktail Bar”, which won the "Best Resto-Bar" Award in the Times Food & Nightlife Awards 2021-Mumbai. I have also set up a healthy food cloud kitchen named “Eat Right Chef” and an experiential waterfront restaurant named “Boardwalk By Flamboyante”. I have authored articles that have been published in the Economic Times-Hospitality and I have been featured in renowned international publications such as Conde' Nast Traveller, Lonely Planet & Architectural Digest.
