Azra Hirji is a published illustrator, designer and collaborator.
Born in Toronto to East African and South Asian parents, Azra’s work often marries cultural nuances from her Western hometown with her Eastern roots. Her work has been featured on the CBC, Slice.ca and can also be seen in hotels, on book covers and on the shelves of grocery stores, pubs, and bars across the globe.
Azra is also the owner and designer of GarlicMogo, a boutique lifestyle brand focusing on products made for easy everyday wear.
In her past life, Azra joined the powerhouse media agency, Mindshare, where she was the Global Marketing Manager at their HQ offices in London, UK.
Today, she uses her marketing expertise to bring engaging campaigns to life through the use of digital art and illustration.
