I was brought into griffin editions to help build a post production division from scratch. I have been responsible for shaping the retouching department into a high end commercial boutique capable of handling a high volume of imagery. I participate in sales, business development, workflow standards, quality control, and training of retouchers and producers. The results of my efforts have established a thriving post production department generating revenues in excess of one million dollars per year.

Managed projects from start to finish, delegating tasks, performing quality control to ensure a proper delivery, managing a high-volume of imagery under intense deadlines, establishing look and feel for images, performing high-end fashion and beauty retouching.
