About me

Araba is a healer and writer based in Accra, Ghana. She is also the founder of Ashe Wellness, an organisation dedicated to sharing African-centred wellness knowledge and creators of the Adinkra Oracle Deck. She is also the founder of Self-Care Sunday, a wellness festival in Accra, and co-founder of Buy Black Ghana, an economic activism platform. Araba swapped corporate London life for the world of wellness after experiencing firsthand the effects of poor mental health, and the healing power of talking therapies and yoga. She is now committed to supporting people in improving their wellbeing and realising their incredible potential.
