I’m a committed and creative marketing and brand professional with international experience. I have a strong work ethic and an analytical mind. I have great public relation and organisational skills, and work well under pressure. An excellent team player, I have a significant experience in working in managerial roles, with a proven track record of delivering a number of key projects to high standards, both for external and internal audiences. I'm a data visualisation expert and I have a keen eye for details and design. My experience, enthusiasm and dedication mean that I am very versatile and always enjoy new challenges. What I have achieved so far: I moved to another country, found a job and became fluent in a foreign language - challenges don't scare me. I've worked my way up from assistant to manager level in one of the biggest property company in the world, with experience ranging from brand to digital marketing and retail – I’m a hard-worker individual. I have been working alongside advertising agencies, creative and brand agencies and in-house teams, project managing a series of activities from budgeting, creative and development stages to roll out and publishing – I have a wide experience with both print and digital tools and all different medium that could be used. I have heavily contributed to the creation and success of major multichannel advertising campaigns (Bull or Bear?, Moving Markets and UPOTY photography competition) – I have a creative mind and I like challenging the status quo.   • I am the relationship manager within EMEA Marketing for the Retail service line senior management. I am responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans for the retail business, making sure that all marketing executions are consistent with and support the EMEA corporate marketing strategy and meet brand guidelines. My key responsibilities include: - Providing strategic marketing support to the retail business, managing all marketing and communications activities required for retail, working closely with social media and PR teams to deliver press campaigns and a consistent media strategy, including social media. - Managing the creation, production and delivery or every marketing collateral, including thought leadership and research reports, magazines, advertising, signage, brochures and digital content, working closely with the in-house design studio team, external agencies and the research team. - Collaborating with senior consultants on the production and delivery of presentation and pitch material to gain new business, making sure brand standards are achieved. - Working with the Events manager for the delivery of key events during the year, including industry events (such as MAPIC and ICSC) and conferences hosted by the retail team. This includes managing the collateral and content production for the events, such as event branding, research material, video content and all communications to clients regarding the event. - Managing both the internal and external web pages relevant to the retail team, keeping them updated with new content and news. - Key point of contact for all Marketing managers in European offices to make sure the content produced is aligned to the overall retail marketing and brand strategy and supporting marketing activity across the region. - Closely monitor industry, sector and technology trends and developments to identify new services and products offerings.
