Hello,
My name is Bárbara Palinhos, I am from Lisbon, Portugal.
To resume a little of what I am...
I studied Graphic Design in Lisbon and got my Master's Degree in Barcelona as na Art Director.
I work as a Designer in companies and as a freelance since 2008. I work the graphic production, logo design, branding, corporate image, ilustration, publicity, translation, etc.
I speak and write fluent English (5 years english course in British Council with the Advanced Degree) and Spanish (because of my stay in Barcelona).
From the past 2 years I am Marketing & Brand Manager for Tommy Hilfiger Watches & Jewels, Lacoste Watches and Citizen Watches in Portugal in a company called Cronos - Importadora de Relógios, Lda. (this company is the offical distributor for these brands and Pandora in Portugal). My main functions are to coordenate the Marketing Budget for the entire year, coordenate the decoration and animation of the brands in our clientes (stores and selling points), digital media and content creation for social media and websites, direct work with digital influencers and bloggers nationaly, press and outdoor campaigns. All this in constant alliance with my Design knowledges that give me the Creative part and the control of programmes that most marketeers don't know.
I believe I am not only a Designer or only a Marketeer. I am a CREATIVE PERSON. I can adapt in several areas of the Creative and communcation departments and that's what makes me a different kind of Creative.
I also believe that it's time for a change of scenery and time for new adventures, here or elsewhere.
I am available to start in any place from April 2th and I am hopping to have the oportunity to get to know you and to present myself.
