- Managing all reverse logistics operations for the retailer. - Working with Supply Chain team on the new and fully automated Distribution Centre Project, launched in 2013. - Budget planning and P&L analysis for the division. - To liaise with the Purchase department, on ensuring orders are being cross-checked and prioritised as necessary. - Stock control, which involved following-up on orders, lead times and allocation of merchandise for retail centres. - Responsible for the import processes for a group of products for the company.
- Support the operational planning area, managing the budgetary control. - Working with the Import division team on ensuring efficiency of processes with Purchase department. - Responsible for the management of the reverse logistics of the company’s hangers, including stock control, purchase, scrap recycling and any supplier contact and administration.
