- Supporting Director of Designer Relations & Membership to develop the department’s strategy and objectives in line with the British Fashion Council’s (BFC) shared vision.
- Managing direct reports, overseeing their work, their career development and well-being.
- Developing and delivering the new digital platform for London Fashion Week (LFW).
- Curating the catwalk/presentation & digital schedules for London Fashion Week.
- Overseeing the application process through to contract and invoicing stage for LFW.
- Overseeing the BFC Membership application process and the approval of applications.
- Actively outreaching, onboarding and managing relationships with the designer network.
- Being responsible for resolving difficult conversations in a conciliatory manner.
- Working with the Commercial team to develop & deliver partnership opportunities for designers.
- Working with the Finance team to secure designer payments for LFW & Membership.
- Creating succinct internal reports & board reports on department updates & KPIs.
- Managing recommended model rates & guidelines for LFW in conjunction with Equity.
- Assessing the Art’s Council’s Tier 1 Exceptional Talent & Promise visas on behalf of the BFC.
- Planning and delivering LONDON show ROOMS both online and physically in international territories.
- Being a key member of the company’s Culture Club, delivering events and benefits for the company to boost team morale and maintain an enjoyable working environment.
