Recruiting and talent managing Mid and Senior VFX Artists and VFX/Post Production staff from Production Assistant level to Executive Producer to work on-site in full time permanent capacity for my Soho based client.
This involves me using my 12 year industry career history, knowledge and reputation working with a talent pool of artists/candidates I have built long standing relationships (and have knowledge of their own careers) along the way.
Some whom I have help manage and nurtured their talent to progress into Mid and Senior levels since my career in the creative industries began at Autodesk, therefor connecting my professional relationships with already accomplished talent who I have also got long-standing professional relationships with, to candidates/freelancer talent I have more recently built a trusted relationship with ensuring I can source, match and hire for my client, the right talent to suit their need and also match the right role for them
