For the last two years I have managed artist liaison for the whole festival. Duties: • Working to a strict budget, assessing and ordering rider requirements for all stages • Styling and preparing the three main back of house dressing rooms • Being the point of contact for all major artists and dealing with any issues that arise • Liaising between artists and stage managers to ensure all requests are met • Organising shift schedules and managing the artist liaison team • Assessing stock and distributing rider to all stages throughout the festival
