Work with different departments in order to ensure all marketing activity is aligned. Manage and develop growth of Country Managers, setting up their objectives, establishing priorities and performing annual appraisals.

Create and continuously optimise our PPC campaigns in Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads. Improve performance results by tracking keyword, developing strategies for increasing rankings and traffic and employ tactics for reducing unwanted clicks. Manage the ecommerce for the Spanish market, applying CRO techniques to grow conversion rate and ensuring new products are launched effectively on the website. Rise customer satisfaction and retention with email marketing campaigns and competitions on social media, as well as working closely with the Customer Service Team. Create and optimise SEO-friendly content for the Spanish site, working closely with the UK Content Team and Technical SEO Manager. Identify PR and outreach opportunities to build brand reach Identify affiliates marketing opportunities for the Spanish market Conduct market research and competitor analysis Provide weekly reports on overall performance
