Key accomplishments include:
- Led the development and execution of the organic social content strategy for the launch of the Bio-Active Ceramide Moisturizer, resulting in the most successful NPD campaign on the brand’s Instagram profile to date. We achieved over 200K views and nearly 5K total engagements within the first 48 hours of launch.
- Implemented social creative guidelines alongside the Head of Design and Art Director to ensure best practices are used when planning and creating content across organic and paid social channels, including overall grid formatting, type selections, and photography and videography decisions.
- Provided comprehensive training to the social team on best practices for in-house content creation, specifically for product-focused motion content captured in our in-house studio.
- Played a pivotal role in supporting paid social activities for all NPD campaigns and ongoing initiatives, including storyboarding and editing The INKEY List's first global CTV advert to promote the Bio-Active Ceramide Moisturizer launch.
- Organised bi-monthly social-first studio shoots to consistently provide fresh content to various teams within the organisation, catering to key yearly events such as Black Friday and Valentine's Day.
- Enhanced the selection of content creators and influencers by curating a library of aspirational individuals aligned with the brand vision and developing strong creative briefs to guide content creation.
