About me

Bee Berrie – Leith’s qualified Food Stylist, Home Economist and Recipe Tester Bee is a twice published author, vegan food stylist and owner of Bee’s Bakery Ltd, a globally recognised bakery, specialising in plant based bakes for events and weddings. Bee’s recipes and food styling have been commissioned by clients including: Publishing: - Pavilion / Harper Collins - Orion Spring - Laurence king (testing) Editorial: - The Telegraph - Metro - Jamie Oliver Advertising: - Boots - Babease - AXA Broadcast: - BBC 2 - Channel 4 - ITV Bee has more recently, gained a reputation as a plant based baking expert teacher for the UK’s leading cookery schools, and she now provides exquisite cakes to venues all over the UK.

Bee loves writing and sharing recipes, tips and hacks for delicious home bakes – her passion is in showing how easy it is to substitute out, and bake amazing bakes, without animal ingredients.
