Travel junkie, music lover and avid photo taker. Motivated by music and entertainment, I am currently working as a digital intern within Sony Music's Commercial Group, overseeing digital campaigns across Sony Legacy, Sony Nashville and Top Compilations. Come October I will be looking for a new role in digital marketing (ideally within entertainment) or photography.
• Manage several social media channels for Sony Legacy, Sony Nashville and Top Compilations, implementing our current digital strategies and keeping engaged with our ever-growing audiences. • Create and execute social schedules and content plans across a wide range of releases. • Create assets such as lyric images, gifs, and exclusive content for the use across socials channels, as well as the rebranding of Spotify playlists. • Create and manage weekly content that is produced for www.wearesonylegacy.com • Manage eCRM schedules and create fortnightly newsletters for label databases. • Assist the team with admin duties, organising competitions, and wider label campaigns. Current artist campaigns: Paul Young, Cam.
• Highly customer service based role in which I was placed on the shop floor, providing knowledge and guidance to customers about IOS devices, Mac’s and third-party accessories. • Showcased the features of products in one on one-customer scenarios at the “Set-Up” desk, talking through basic and advanced features of the product(s), and finding the perfect solution for each individual. • Occasionally placed on the phones to maintain and book customer appointments, as well as troubleshoot basic technical problems. • In this role I dealt with an array of people on a daily basis. I enjoyed working within a fast-paced and challenging environment.
