Senior Digital Channel Manager - July 2017 - March 2018 • Worked alongside The xx, Ellie Goulding, Calum Scott and Years & Years. • Responsible for creating bespoke social media strategies for clients in and out of campaign cycle; with a focus on engaging and strategic content that is optimised per platform. • Implement best practice training throughout the global social team. • Manage junior members of the team, helping them to prioritise their workload, increase their channel management skills, and ultimately grow and learn within the social team. Digital Channel Manager - April 2016 - July 2017 • Worked alongside Sony CMG to create and execute a bespoke social strategy to support Ward Thomas' second album 'Cartwheels', which became the first UK Country Number 1 album. • Created, executed and managed social strategies for a variety of clients including Years & Years, Emma Willis, Imelda May, Nick Mulvey and more. Junior Digital Channel Manager October 2015 - March 2016 • Managed several social media channels and social content output for a variety of clients including PVRIS, John Newman and Allie X. • Assisted the wider team with creative briefs, new business proposals and reporting templates.
