  • • Share responsibilities for developing and managing brand promotional marketing activity across all Global brands including Capital FM, Heart, Gold, Smooth & LBC. • Working closely with the Campaign Managers to devise promotional marketing strategies to achieve their objectives. (driving ratings, awareness, response, data capture etc) • Responding to briefs from the stakeholders and producing a promotional marketing plan which delivers against the key KPIs within the timings and budget available to us. • Writing clear and concise promotional marketing briefs and briefing the relevant media owners. • Managing projects from concept through to launch including the development and approval of all messaging and creative working with the stakeholders and any 3rd party agencies and media owners to ensure our messages are communicated effectively and that it is within the brand and corporate guidelines of Global. • Producing comprehensive post campaign analysis and documentation. • Analysing sponsorship and experiential opportunities and making recommendations. • Developing and managing tactical events and sponsorship activity from initial brief through to messaging and branding at the event ensuring that they are run in accordance with Brand Guidelines and maximising our investment.

  • • Management of Sparks Events and Experiences available to our customer base of 3 million people. • Supplier sourcing, briefing and management. • Manage relationships with Brand Partners ie. Odeon Cinemas, Royal Ballet, and other media and entertainment owners. • Working alongside all other areas of the business, in particular, PR, Retail, Food, Legal & Communications to provide the best customer and consumer experience at all Sparks Events. • Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication within the team, internal & external stakeholders, events agency and customers. • Briefing and creating marketing assets to work alongside the event and activation. • Lead weekly Marketing Status meetings to provide updates to Senior Directors on Sparks Events and Experiences. • Work with external research agency to provide qualitative feedback during and after an event. • Provide a Post Campaign Report for each and every event which contains information that shows results, in particular ROI, after the success of each event.
