In this role I helped reposition the iconic American fashion house, oversaw the implementation of a new visual identity and developed a distinctive visual language for the brand across all platforms and consumer touch-points. All creative was brought in-house. I lead and cultivated a small existing team to deliver against a new high standard of output whilst actively recruiting and doubling the size of the in-house creative team.

I didn't feel challenged or excited by the Fine Art Foundation that I had started after leaving secondary school. I quit that course and began an advance NVQ in Graphic Design. Naively, at the time I thought that's all I needed to get into the industry. I quickly realised there was much more to it, so I learnt what I could from books the internet, and a lot of trial and error.
