In my role as a Content Development Specialist I played a role in the creation and writing of content across many facets of the company
My main area of responsibility was the creation and upkeep of both the internal and external newsletters. Here I was responsible for the creation, the writing, and the publication across all platforms including email and social media.
As the main content developer for Lynk Global, it was also my responsibility to create and regularly update our brand 'Tone of Voice Guidelines'. After interviewing managers and C-level executives I drafted guidelines that are still being used to this day as a way to ensure consistency in all forms of communication
I also played a key role in the creation of content for the recruitment of experts and new employees. By successfully working with an animation company and video production team I helped bring together two successful recruitment tools, both of which feature on our website.
Additionally, I crafted the content for our recruitment brochures, various PR pieces, and sales materials

During this Internship, I gained a valuable introduction into the world of marketing. This included market research into the potential financial value of Laryngeal Masks and whether there is a gap in the market for a new product, drafting press releases, public speaking and website data analysis.
