It's a world where psychology and HR meet in a career spanning over two decades. It all started in employee engagement analysis and psychometric testing followed by a career as a recruitment consultant, before leading international teams in-house across talent acquisition, management, and development.
Yet, my true passion emerged in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB).
Transforming cultures and behaviours have become my purpose—to create inclusive environments where diverse talent thrives, not just survives.
Along the way I've embraced self-discovery of my identity, accepting challenges and turning them into opportunities. I've learned to leverage my strengths and dedicate myself to helping others on their own path.
