    • Support sales & marketing teams with high quality, unique marketing collateral to grow business. Produce marketing assets and content for use online, in print and at live events. • End to end production of marketing collateral and visual assets via the management of 10 teams in 6 developing countries to farm written, photographic and video content. Work closely with in-country staff to acquire permissions for photography inside local hospitals and from tourism sites. Follow ethical practices. Allocate budgeting when necessary. Devise production schedule, work autonomously. • Outfit all overseas teams with photographic equipment (DSLRs, GoPros), necessary tools, skills and training; give regular feedback and constructive criticisms to continue improvement of talent; maintain and build collaborative relationships over email and video calls. Demonstrate excellent time management skills; scheduling regular meetings in multiple time zones. • Research destinations and itemise lists of key sites for photographic and video capture. Establish USP’s of destinations and identify what areas of travel and tourism would appeal to the healthcare student demographic when on downtime outside of placement. Allocate budgeting to allow movement in country to obtain content. • Curate, edit and publish all photographic assets and tag with SEO recommendations from SEO specialist. • Work closely with Lead Copywriter to create questions and interview format for case studies / video interviews from customers and major hospital staffs about their experience and relationship with the organisation. Proof read, edit and publish written content via Wordpress CMS. Manage content on 4 international websites. • Work with Operations teams to ensure the customer experience remained key priority.
