About me
My talent is with setting people up for success from day one and continuously through their employee life-cycle. Daring to question ‘why’ and ‘how’ in order to learn and understand; so that we may create, embed, and maintain the strategies and initiatives which help pave the way towards lasting, impactful and positive change. Driven to innovate and improve experiences not just for myself but colleagues, suppliers, and clients too. I’m always asking: “What is the smarter way?” “How can we make this good thing even better?” “How do we turn this obstacle into an opportunity?”
