About me
I have worked within Marketing and CRM for 5 years in various roles covering life cycle and campaign strategy, real time and personalisation campaigns, campaign analysis, CRM system development, system technical support and onboarding/training, Project management, change management as well as ownership of system changes and migrations. Key achievements: • Key player in developing internal CRM system mechanics and logic, raising and prioritising user stories, user acceptance testing, training/roll out as well as managing the migration project moving all existing lifecycles and campaigns to new system. • Implementing agile ways of working within the CRM execution team, creation of work estimations calculator and interdepartmental processes successfully creating efficiencies and improving performance. • Guiding and managing 3 agile CRM execution teams split across 3 locations. I have also received formal training and certifications for Agile PM Foundation/Practitioner as well as Change Management Foundation/Practitioner as part of the projects I was taking care of. I am currently looking for a new challenge to further my career and develop further within the Marketing and Project management field.
