My love of all things food initially spurred me towards my current role and lots of my previous experience revolves around the food and drink industry. I have experience with clients and press releases from a luxury food PR agency, journalistic skills through shadowing a freelance writer and have dipped my toes into the commercial side of things through an internship at Food and Travel Magazine.

• In this senior role, responsibilities include:
o Leading a press trip celebrating the new bedrooms at Tom Kerridge’s Michelin starred pub The Hand & Flowers. Press attendees included journalists from National Geographic Traveller, Forbes, Country and Townhouse and international title Res Sweden.
o End to end management for a campaign for a popular burger restaurant turning its entire menu vegan. This included assisting with feedback on dishes, inviting in key journalists and working details of the menu into a wider campaign around Veganuary.
o Joint leadership on PR meetings with clients such as Ace Hotel and Angela Hartnett.
