    Events Executive 01/01/19-Present Promoted from Coordinator to Executive, a newly created role within the team, I am responsible for all events hosted by the London Regional team. I have designed a new events process, which is now being implemented on national scale. I am providing training on this new process for new and existing staff across the business. Events include: seminars for all 48 sectors and service lines with internal and external speakers, corporate dinners and networking evenings working with all staff members. I also run events for external bodies such as Women of the Year Alumni and Queens College Oxford Alumni. I also produce the flagship summer event for 200 clients in external venues such as the Tower of London and St Pauls Cathedral. Marketing and Business Development Coordinator 03/07/17-01/01/19 Events • Events from conception to delivery, budget management, booking caterers, sourcing and liaising with external venues and suppliers, managing third party relationships, creating and circulating invites, collating attendee responses, coordinating internal/external speakers event collateral, managing room layouts, managing on site AV, health and safety management and maintaining brand standards. Administrative tasks • Copywriting, bid/tender formatting, collateral editing, feedback collation, liaise with regional and national teams to monitor events/campaigns, oversee event logistics and administration and CRM (Dynamics 365) training of Partners/senior management.
