Increased participation by 55% in 2023, projected to result in a 25% increase in student involvement. Applied deep knowledge of campaign management methodologies and tools to drive the programme’s success.
• Revised staff handbook policies to align with key legislation and identify areas for improvement, resulting in strengthened diverse recruitment practices and the integration of inclusive language. Committed to fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace environment.
• Developed and implemented an evaluation framework to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of existing programmes, utilising data and feedback to enhance future initiatives and ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams and relevant stakeholders to design campaign messaging, visuals, and other assets tailored to targeted communities.
• Co-host IPA On...the IPA’s newest podcast series, intended to tackle significant talent issues facing our industry, through interviews with specialists, and offer tangible insights and takeaways for agency staff to implement in their own organisations. The podcast receives over 800 listens per episode, the highest average of all IPA podcasts.
• Facilitated an industry working group to advise organisations on best practices during a cost-of-living crisis through content creation, website and newsletter development.
• Manage content on the IPA Fairness Hub website using Umbraco, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to and content is regularly updated.
