• Tracking priority tracks/artists, such as Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa and Anne-Marie, internationally across Spotify and Apple music, using Spot On Track and iTunes connect
• Running global sales for singles/ albums using Tableau and WWS
• Editing and sending out a weekly bulletin using Story Ports
• Using Photoshop to edit images for the bulletin
• Using Spotify Analytics and Topsify Tools to find streaming stats for artists/tracks/albums
• Tracking artists social stats on Twitter, Facebook, Youtube and Instagram
• Organising and connecting phone interviews by liaising with artist managers and the corresponding international team/journalists
• Uploading assets to the file sharing site: Box
• Organising and covering promo schedules/days
• Raising POs on Sprinter
• Booking Addison Lees
• Organising meetings/ booking meeting rooms
• Greeting guests
• Sending out Crights
• Ordering stationary from Office Depot
• Ordering vinyl and merch
• Organising the General Manager of International Marketing’s calendar
