Working as Head of Digital across all Low Profile brands, as well as Touker Suleyman’s Dragons’ Den new investments, I led on organic and paid social strategy, overseeing all brand content calendars, as well as the creative direction across multiple social channels (FB, Insta, TikTok, Twitter). I managed our YouTube strategy, influencer strategy, and playbook creation, ensuring KPIs were consistently hit and we were always within budget.
Notable achievements:
Created digital/social playbooks, defining TOV, brand guidelines and content pillars for all brands, increasing engagement rate by up to 20%, traffic to site by over 100% and SOV by 45%.
Introduced Meltwater and Upfluence into the company, which changed the way we managed influencer content and contextualized digital insights.
