As e-commerce and social media manager for Relic, I was responsible for overseeing, managing and driving sales/KPI targets on our online store alongside managing social media channels. I uploaded and marketed vintage and luxury products, track listings and processed orders in our warehouse. In my role I liaised with our website designer in creating a user friendly experience and provided support as required to ensure the brand was represented appropriately on any platform to maximise brand awareness and online sales. I managed the development of our e-commerce activity/strategic roadmap and website updates, working collaboratively with senior management to ensure all assets were briefed, approved and implemented on time. My role also consisted of regularly monitoring and reporting on performance, customer/shopping data, alongside analysing and transferring data into clear action plans for our online development.
