At the decorative fair my role is to support the organiser. I draw technical drawings within Illustrator, and design electrics plans. As well as liaising with the wider creative team that are not always together.
At Granger Hetzog, i was a general assistant; my responsibilities included admin tasks such as putting in database, helping clients with picking out items and styling dispalys around the showroom.
Whist working for Bridge productions, I sourced and made multiple props for a small budget lm. My responsibilities included working to a time frame, keeping to a budget, and working to a close brief. The skills that I used were sculpting, illustrating and using design programmes on the computer such as Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
I have worked for Andy Hillman Studio various times. I have had a few roles including; runner, researching and sourcing props, model making, set dressing and visual researching. I had to help with overseeing of all props, making sure none of them were damage or lost. I had to thoroughly research and source many props from the internet and various shops. I was responsible for the accounts that I dealt with. I had to work efficiently with a team to ensure that the running of shoots.
When working as an assistant to Alice, I have had responsibilities such as researching for props whilst working from a design board. I have worked with magazines such as ‘Tatler’ on numerous occasions, and also worked on advertisements for companies such as ‘cure for cancer’. I have had to work together various different personnel from production companies; making sure props are delivered and returned in one piece. I have had to source specific props needed for each job.
