Bobbie Notcutt is a documentary filmmaker whose work centres around underreported narratives in social & political settings.
Her debut short film 'Rich In Heroes' focusses on an artist and an NGO worker living in Gyumri, Armenia. Showcasing their friendly feud over the ownership of a watercolour portrait, acts as a catalyst to explore the struggling community where they both reside. A community still damaged from an earthquake thirty years previous.
