Ran ShortList magazine’s ‘Notebook’ section, which involved filling five to ten pages every week with fun, engaging and informative pieces on culture, fashion, food and drink, and anything else of interest to our 500,000+ weekly readers. Regularly interviewed high-profile subjects, wrote topical essays in print and for the website, and contributed larger features to the magazine - including a cover profile of ‘Solo’ star Alden Ehrenreich and a cover feature on male Instagrammers.
Hired straight out of university as an Assistant Editor, managing teams at several universities – helping local editors edit and legal copy, driving recruitment and continuing to publish articles. Promoted to Commissioning Editor, which involved running The Tab’s national site, commissioning local writers and writing national digital content for an audience of 10 million unique readers a month.
