About me
Hi! You just ran into me. My name is Bobby Bonev, I am a London-based music producer/composer, who is obsessed with pop, cinematic and electronic music.
My mom noticed my initial interest for music from playing a music channel while I have been asleep. I have instantly woken up and started dancing. She has got it right, hasn't she.
I have been professionally trained in singing for more than 12 years. I started at the age of 6 when I joined a vocal group in my hometown (thanks to my mom) where I performed for around 12 years until I graduated from high school.
My immeasurable love for music led me to become a runner-up in X-Factor Bulgaria 2011 only at the age of 15. This presented me with signing my first ever record deal with Virginia Records (Sony Music). The experience I received through working with the company on delivering a number of songs, videos and live performances was one-of-a-kind. I got to perform at the Coca-Cola Happy Energy Tour for two consecutive years alongside artists such as Mark Ronson, Conor Maynard, Alexandra Stan, Antonia, and Alex Mica.
Later on, I came to London where I studied Music Performance and Recording at the University of West London and I graduated with first class honours.
During my studies I got to work with a number of established companies on delivering live music events as well as gaining experience in artist management at one of the most exciting labels in London.
My passion led me to work with Wired4Music on delivering Springboard Live at The Roundhouse, The Royal Albert Hall on Collide at the Elgar Room, producing my independent event, called "The SauceMakerz" alongside other creatives as well as interning at Noel Music Management as an artist manager.
This allowed me to discover my big passion for working with artists and curating live music events. But above all is the fact I love to be involved in artists' journeys on the creative side.
I am a pop/RnB music producer and songwriter, currently working on a number of music projects such as EP, artists' singles and building a catalogue of songs.
At present, I am looking for full-time or freelance opportunities in the music production, composing and recording realms.

I produced an independent live music event, focusing on urban pop/RnB music alongside other creatives after a successful pitch to Wired4Music.
We recruited a number of people who assisted us with organising the event. I held regular meetings with them and discussed our progress. What is more, I predisposed us to grow together as a team by providing and requesting feedback.
My duties involved administration as well for having worked with finances, conducting verbal and non-verbal communication with different stakeholders such as our sponsor, venue representatives, advertising partners, and creative collaborators.
