As an all round, funny and much revered Senior Administrator and Operations Manager with extensive experience in architecture/design HE and creative industry support, I’ve been making offices the most enjoyable environment on earth. Administrative duties include front house, filing, office supplies, IT support, HR administration, finance & book-keeping, maintaining and improving office systems/procedures, drafting appointment documents and contracts, develop and book CPD and staff training, helping promote office culture and organise social events. Business development and marketing duties include research of areas of new business and putting together pitch docs, review competition/tender notices, managing new business leads and other key relationships, research network opportunities, managing the website and other social media platforms, support external PR contacts, helping build the brand profile.
