I was responsible for planning and developing a strategy to enabled the Accessorize brand to sell a range of products that drove sales and profit higher. I worked closely with the buying department to ensure the product they bought permitted Monsoon/Accessorize to achieve the sales plan. • Identified opportunities through data on best sellers, new reaction and promotional opportunities to improve sale performances. • Followed through on trading actions as developed by the E-commerce Merchandiser. • Responsible for merchandising specific brand area through effective website merchandising, stock management, reconciliations and critical path management • Took full ownership for updating the content of all websites for Accessorize area to ensure it remains on-brand, and enhances customer loyalty, trading opportunities and transactional processes to maximize sales performance • Assisted online traders in reporting on sales, key metrics and promotions in daily, weekly and monthly trade meetings e.g. Map analysis, best sellers report, Homepage analysis, clicks and revenue. • Responsible for logging each campaign on a campaign planner database so volume and Return Of Investment can be easily monitored. • Worked with the Senior Brand Partnership Manager to identify ways to grow new business through existing or new categories, as well as ways to maximise emerging channels (social and mobile)
