    Office Manager
    • Preparation and maintenance of company-wide personnel and HR records, ensuring confidentiality and organisational precision. Sole HR representative within company, responsible for liaising directly with external HR consultant; • Organisation of all branch level recruitment, monitoring and responding to personnel requirements, drafting and placing job advertisements, ensuring compliance with visa regulations and right to work evidence and monitoring and the scheduling of interviews; • First point of contact for all external enquiries, filtering calls and emails in a professional manner and ensuring departments heads receive the communications that are of importance to them; • Ensuring company-wide compliance with legal and health and safety legislation, monitoring health and safety reports, and raising any welfare issues that are identified; • Acting as PA to the Company Director and Operations Director; • Partaking in management and disciplinary meetings, recording detailed and accurate minutes; • Liaising with customers and suppliers, and office administration tasks including purchasing, invoicing and filing.
    Sales Manager

    • Monitoring sales performance and trends, taking appropriate strategic actions in order to exceed sales budgets; • Management and supervision of a total of 42 employees in a portfolio taking AUD$12 million annually; • Directing the recruitment, induction, assessment and general coaching of all employees in line with company procedures; • Performance management of staff and thorough implementation of the disciplinary procedures; • Ensuring employee safety, welfare and health by operating in a proactive manner, mediating the health and safety team and conducting relevant training for all employees; • Liaison with internal stakeholders, e.g. buying office, visual merchandising team, logistics team and planning and administration team to achieve positive outcomes for my department and overall results; • Liaison with external vendors and suppliers for over 80 international and local brands; • Daily utilisation of key reporting tools to drive sales and minimise stock loss – KPI Report, Store Stock Report, Daily Sales by Sales Manager Report, Weekly Sales by Brand Report, David Jones American Express card reporting, iConnect Brand and Best Sellers reports and Basic Stock report.
