• Assisting production teams and talent to produce and create industry leading content for internationally broadcasted radio stations, including show, presenter talk breaks, interviews and more
• Using complex in-house programs to develop and maintain the Apple Music Radio application programming interface (API)
• Building live and pre-recorded radio shows in terms of cue sheets and marking relevant songs and content to appropriate audio, that will then feature on the storefront as audio on demand
• Using industry standard Adobe Suite editing software to quality check shows, make edits when appropriate
• Utilizing extensive knowledge of multitrack and single-track editing of audio to edit songs and shows in order to remove explicit content
• Liaising with producers, engineers, managers, graphics designers and more to ensure the product is up to publishing standard, and finalize content before pushing it to listeners via audio stream with metadata
• Showing awareness of trending artists and supporting shows in their push and highlighting of talent
• Problem solving time sensitive issues, finding resolutions through own knowledge and communication with multiple teams and support technicians, and relaying information back to producers and relevant parties
• Ensuring high profile content is suitably featured on the Apple Music storefront
• Actively involving myself in global and local meetings, producing ideas to help better user experience and workflow of team
• Helping other teams when needed outside of regular responsibilities, and enthusiastically supporting teams who are in need of extra assistance in production, organisation or communication
• Being inclusive, sensitive, respectful and remaining unbiased in a professional and social context while understanding impact of cultural events or movements.
